While we are unable to accept returns for sale items, we will work with you to facilitate either a refund or exchange for store credit for items purchased at regular price. Please note that the return must be done within 14 calendar days of the original delivery to you. The item must also be unworn and returned to us with the original packaging.

When the item has been shipped, please provide us with tracking information. Once the returned item has been received and approved, Jubilee Jones will either send your exchanged item via Domestic Ground or issue a refund or online store credit.
Credit can only be redeemed on this Jubilee Jones website and not with any of our retail partners. Credit can also not be redeemed at trunk shows or pop-up shops.
